The L´ Hotelito Tulum is a small and cozy hotel located in the main avenue of Tulum within 2 kilometers of the ruins of Tulum and 10 minutes away from the beaches of Tulum.
It is a small budget hotel with special charm, style palapa roofs surrounded by tropical gardens and hammocks where you can rest easy.
The hotel is located a few steps from the bus station in Tulum, close to restaurants, shops and banks downtown.
The small hotel has 10 rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom, hot water, TV and free wifi internet.
You can choose between rooms palapa style or classic.
The rooms "palapa" are:
- 1 room with 2 double beds
- 2 rooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed
- 3 rooms with 1 double bed
The classic rooms are:
- 1 room with 2 double beds
- 2 room with 1 double and 1 single
- 1 room with 1 double bed
- All rooms are air-conditioned
Restaurant
We have a small restaurant inside the hotel.
Our kitchen is familiar, mainly Italian dishes prepared with organic products. Our specialties are handmade ravioli stuffed with fish, crab, shrimp, salmon; and various dishes from land and sea. In addition there is meat or vegetarian lasagna, fresh pasta , fresh fish and delicious lobster when is season.
We also offer Mexican specialties.

We offer our customers a choice of breakfast: cappuccino, tea, fruits and juices ... mango, pineapple, guava, papaya, watermelon, melon ... Still available to all its demands.
